EasyCMS Blog Module Makes Publishing a Breeze

We are pleased to announce the addition of the Blog Module for EasyCMS. This exciting new module gives users the ability to publish articles directly to their EasyCMS website. With this powerful content generating tool, your company can become a resource of information for potential clients while creating more buzz for your buck.

With the “What You See Is What You Get” (WYSIWYG) editor, users can view their blogs in a format similar to its look at completion, even while it is being created. Some nice features available are options for styling the text, as well as uploading and embedding images within the content of your articles. Publishing the articles are a breeze. You can choose to publish as soon as they are ready or schedule publishing at a later date. It’s completely up to you.

Your website visitors will be able to browse your articles by category, tag, author or date posted. RSS feeds syndicate are also available for your visitors who consume content via feed readers. Web syndication is a method where your website material is made available to multiple other sites and provide other people with a summary or update of the website's recently added content.

Include content from your blog, in other areas of your website, by placing one of the available widgets in your layout.

Available widgets include:

  • Recent Posts

  • Category List

  • Monthly Archives List

  • Article Search Form

Your site visitors may also leave comments you blog articles using Disqus comment integration. With Disqus, your website gains a feature-rich comment system complete with social network integration, advanced administration and moderation options.
